摘 要:研究了铝电容器用涂层电极箔的铝粉堆积结构对容量的影响以及堆积铝粉和基层铝箔的成分和纯度标准。涂层箔的比容与铝粉粒径、化成电压成反比,且衰减程度较传统电极箔的蚀孔孔径、化成电压更平缓。在低电压段,传统电极箔的比容较涂层箔比容更有优势;在高压段,涂层箔的比容较传统电极箔的比容优势明显。为实现后续化成处理时化成液以及卷绕为电容器时内部电解液的充分浸润通畅,确保铝介电性能的充分发挥,铝粉堆积结构的选择,除了考虑比容优势,还要兼顾其固有间隙的数量和尺寸,因此优选体心立方堆积结构。涂层电极箔的涂层铝粉与基层铝箔的化学成分以及纯度要求不同于传统电极箔的化学成分及纯度要求,涂层电极箔主要围绕力学强度兼顾漏电流进行成分搭配设计。The paper mainly studied the influence of the aluminum powder stacking structure of the coated electrode foil for alumi⁃num capacitors on the capacity,as well as the composition and purity of the stacked aluminum powder and the base aluminum foil.The capacity of the coated foil is inversely proportional to the size of aluminum powder and forming voltage,and the attenuation is slower than that of the traditional electrode foil.The capacitance of the coated foil in the low voltage section is not as high as that of the traditional electrode foil,but it has obvious advantages in the high voltage section.In order to achieve smooth infiltration of solu⁃tion during subsequent forming or assembly of capacitors,and ensure the full play of the dielectric properties of aluminum powder,the selection of aluminum powder stacking structure should consider the capacity advantage,while taking into account the number and size of its inherent gaps,and optimize the body centered cubic stacking structure.The chemical composition and purity requirements of the coated aluminum powder of the coated electrode foil and the aluminum foil of the base layer are also different from those of the traditional electrode foil.The composition matching design can focus on the mechanical strength and give consideration to the leakage current.
