缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平在老年高血压患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 将2019年12月至2020年11月到我院接受氨氯地平治疗的45例老年高血压患者设为对照组,另将2020年12月至2021年11月到我院接受氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗46例老年高血压患者设为观察组。统计不同患者治疗以后的治疗有效率、血压、心率水平、用药不良反应发生率、生活质量和满意度等并进行比较。结果 (1)观察组(45例,占97.83%)的治疗有效率相比对照组(39例,占86.67%)更高(P <0.05)。(2)治疗前,检查两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率等,差异没有显著性(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率等都有改善,但观察组的改善更为显著,差异满足统计学标准(P <0.05)。(3)观察组(5例,占10.87%)患者在用药不良反应发生率方面和对照组(4例,占8.89%)相比没有明显的差异,差异不满足统计学标准(P> 0.05)。(4)治疗前,两组患者检查SF-36评分,均不足70分且差异不具显著性(P> 0.05),治疗后,两组患者的SF-36评分均得到提升,但观察组的提升效果更为显著(P <0.05)。(5)观察组的满意度(46例,占100%)相比对照组(38例,占84.44%)更高,差异满足统计学标准(P <0.05)。结论 通过缬沙坦联合氨氯地平应用在老年高血压患者的治疗中能有效提升治疗的有效率,控制患者的血压水平和心率,不会产生严重的用药不良反应,而且能提高患者的生活质量和治疗满意度。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 45 elderly hypertensive patients who received amlodipine treatment in our hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were set as the control group.In addition,46 elderly hypertensive patients who received amlodipine combined with valsartan in our hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were set as the observation group.The therapeutic efficacy,blood pressure,heart rate,incidence of adverse drug reactions,quality of life and satisfaction of different patients after treatment were counted and compared.Results(1)The treatment effective rate of the observation group(45 cases,accounting for 97.83%)was higher than that of the control group(39 cases,accounting for 86.67%),and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,check the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,etc.of the two groups of patients,there is no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,etc.improved in both groups,but the improvement was more significant in the observation group,and the difference met the statistical criteria(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(5 cases,accounting for 10.87%)was higher than that in the control group(4 cases,accounting for 8.89%),there was no significant difference,and the difference did not meet the statistical standard(P>0.05).(4)Before treatment,the SF-36 score of the two groups of patients was less than 70 points and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were improved,but the improvement effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).(5)The satisfaction rate of the observation group(46 cases,accounting for 100%)was higher than that of the control group(38 cases,accounting for 84.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of valsartan combined with
