腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝合并糖尿病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2022年3月至2023年4月收治的66例腹股沟疝合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分组方法分为A组与B组,两组均33例,A组采用传统疝气修补术治疗,B组采用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、手术指标(术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、住院时间)、血糖指标(FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)、并发症发生率。结果 B组患者治疗效果显著优于A组(P <0.05);B组患者术中出血量低于A组,手术时间、排气时间、住院时间均短于A组(P <0.05);术前两组血糖水平对比未见统计学差异(P> 0.05),术后B组血糖水平均低于A组(P <0.05);B组患者并发症发生率显著低于A组(P <0.05)。结论 在腹股沟疝合并糖尿病患者治疗中实施腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术干预可提升患者治疗效果,并降低其术中出血量,缩短手术时间、排气时间、住院时间,改善血糖指标,降低患者并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair for inguinal hernia with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 66 patients with inguinal hernia and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were 2023,group A was treated with traditional hernia repair,group B was treated with extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair.The therapeutic effect,operative indexes(blood loss during operation,operative time,exhaust time,hospitalization time),blood glucose indexes(FPG,2HPG,HbA1c)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05),the amount of bleeding in group B was lower than that of group A,and the operation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),blood glucose level in Group B was lower than that in group A after operation(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group a(P<0.05).Conclusion Extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia with diabetes mellitus can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the amount of bleeding,it is worth popularizing to shorten the operation time,exhaust time,hospitalization time,improve the blood sugar index and reduce the incidence of complications.
