摘　　要：目的 了解河南省农村居民“互联网+护理服务”健康需求状况,为“互联网+护理服务”发展提供依据。方法 采用回顾性描述研究,对25 281名通过“互联网+护理服务”平台购买居家护理延续服务的河南省农村居民健康服务需求进行回顾性分析。结果 25 281例购买“互联网+护理服务”河南省农村居民需求前5位是:新生儿经皮胆红素测定(32.28%),更换尿管、膀胱造瘘管及冲洗(20.33%),更换胃管及鼻饲(16.25%),普通换药(9.56%),静脉采血(5.39%),合计占患者总需求的(83.81%)。其中归类合并需求前2位的是各类管道护理(39.37%),产后母婴护理(37.06%),合计占比(76.42%)。管道护理需求最大的是尿管护理(51.63%)和胃管护理(41.27%),合计占比(92.91%);产后母婴护理需求最大的是新生儿黄疸检测,占比(87.11%)。结论 河南省农村居民患者出院后对技能操作类护理服务项目的上门服务需求强烈,护理人员应以需求为导向,及时提供针对性、专业化服务,提高其医疗和康复需求的可及性,促进患者居家健康。Objective To understand the health needs of rural residents for"Internet+nursing services",and to provide a reference for the development of"Internet+nursing services".Methods A retrospective description study included 25,281 rural residents who purchased home care continuation services through the"Internet+nursing service"platform.Results The top five of 25,281 cases of"Internet+nursing services"were:percutaneous bilirubin(32.28%),replacement of urinary tube,cystostomy tube and irrigation(20.33%),replacement of gastric tube and nasal feeding(16.25%),general dressing change(9.56%),intravenous blood collection(5.39%),a total demand(83.81%).Among them,the top two classified and combined needs were all kinds of pipeline care(39.37%)and postpartum maternal and infant care(37.06%),accounting for a total proportion(76.42%).Ural care(51.63%)and gastric tube care(41.27%),combined(92.91%)were the largest postpartum maternal and infant care and neonatal jaundice testing(87.11%).Conclusion After discharge,rural residents have a strong demand for on-site services of skilled operation nursing services.Nursing staff should be demand-oriented,timely provide targeted and professional services,improve the accessibility of their medical and rehabilitation needs,and promote the health of patients at home.
