升阳益胃汤加减联合限食疗法治疗代谢综合征患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察升阳益胃汤加减联合限食疗法对代谢综合征(MetS)患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年7月厦门市中医院内分泌科住院的代谢综合征患者,符合纳入标准的62例MetS患者,予升阳益胃汤加减联合限食疗法。检测干预前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂、体质量(BW)、腰围(WC)、体脂肪、FT_(4)、FT_(3)、25-OHD_(3)等指标,统计对比治疗前后各指标变化情况。结果与限食前比较,限食后患者BW、WC、FPG、FINS、BMI、TG、TC、SBP、DBP、体脂肪均显著下降,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01);相关性分析显示,限食后患者的体质量下降幅度与FT_(4)、FT_(3)、INS、HOMA-IR、WC、BMI、BW、25-OHD_(3)、体脂肪、TG、TC呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 升阳益胃汤加减联合限食疗法对代谢综合征患者的BW、WC、FPG、TG、TC、SBP、DBP、体脂肪、HOMA-IR等有明显的改善作用;基线BMI、WC、FT_(4)、FT_(3)、25-OHD_(3)、体脂肪、HOMA-IR水平越高,减重越明显。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with food restriction therapy on patients with metabolic syndrome(MetS).Methods A total of 62 MetS patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to Endocrinology Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and treated with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with diet restriction therapy.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),blood lipid,body weight(BW),waist circumference(WC),body fat,FT_(4),FT_(3),25-OHD_(3) and other indexes were detected before and after treatment,and the changes of each index were statistically compared before and after treatment.Results After intervention,BW,WC,FPG,FINS,BMI,TG,TC,SBP,DBP and body fat were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the weight loss of patients after intervention was positively correlated with FT_(4) FT_(3),INS,HOMA-IR,WC,BMI,BW,25-OHD_(3),body fat,TG and TC(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with food restriction therapy can significantly improve BW,WC,FPG,TG,TC,SBP,DBP,body fat,HOMA-IR in patients with metabolic syndrome.The higher the baseline BMI,WC,FT_(4),FT_(3),25-OHD_(3),body fat,and HOMA-IR,the more obvious the weight loss.
