优质护理用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 就腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的护理方案进行讨论,重点分析优质护理的应用效果。方法 将2020年2月至2023年2月收入本院的60例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象,按干预措施的不同均分为30例/组。对照组为常规护理,观察组为优质护理,对比护理效果。结果 从数据可见,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。经过不同护理模式干预后,观察组患者的GCO评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,在创伤性应激障碍自评量表中,观察组的各项目评分低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。最后,观察组患者的SF-MPQ评分明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 针对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施优质护理,对患者存在的不良情绪亦有积极改善效果,同时可改善患者的住院期舒适度,患者的疼痛感以及应激障碍得到有效的缓解,具有推广价值。Objective To discuss the nursing plan of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,and to analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing.Methods Sixty cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into 30 cases/group according to different intervention measures.The control group was routine nursing,the observation group was high-quality nursing,and the nursing results were compared.According to the data,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention of different nursing modes,the GCO score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,in the self-rating scale of traumatic stress disorder,the scores of each item in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The SF-MPQ score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of highquality nursing for patients with laparoscopic myomectomy has positive improvement effect on the adverse mood of patients,and can improve the comfort level of patients in hospital,patients'pain and stress disorder can be effectively relieved,which has popularization value.
