系统护理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用

摘　　要：目的 针对儿童预防接种采用系统护理干预方案所具有的应用价值进行深入探讨。方法 从2022年1~12月在预防接种处接受预防接种的儿童中,抽取800例作为研究对象,并分为对照组与研究组,每组各400例。对照组儿童进行传统常规预防接种护理,研究组儿童采用系统护理方案。对比两组护理满意度、儿童依从性、接种疼痛程度、并发症发生情况。结果 护理满意度方面,研究组明显高于对照组,组间对比存在统计学意义(P <0.05);儿童依从性方面,研究组儿童较对照组更愿意配合接种人员工作,组间对比存在统计学意义(P <0.05);在接种疼痛方面,研究组儿童接种疼痛评估分数明显低于对照组,组间对比存在统计学意义(P <0.05);在并发症发生情况统计中,研究组儿童并发症发生率明显低于对照组儿童,组间对比存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在儿童预防接种中,实施系统护理干预方案能够有效提高护理满意度,提升儿童对接种工作的配合,降低接种疫苗并发症的发生率,有效缓解儿童在接种过程中感受到的疼痛不适,值得在今后的预防接种工作中推广应用。Objective To deeply explore the application value of systematic nursing intervention plans for children's vaccination.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,800 children who received vaccination at the vaccination center were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group and a study group,with 400 children in each group.The control group received traditional routine vaccination care,while the study group received a systematic care plan.Compare the nursing satisfaction,child compliance,vaccination pain level,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results In terms of nursing satisfaction,the research group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of children's compliance,the study group children were more willing to cooperate with vaccination personnel than the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of vaccination pain,the evaluation scores of children in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In the statistics of complications,the incidence rate of complications in the study group children was significantly lower than that in the control group children,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a systematic nursing intervention plan in children's vaccination can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,enhance children's cooperation with vaccination work,reduce the incidence of vaccine complications,and effectively alleviate the pain and discomfort experienced by children during the vaccination process.It is worth promoting and applying in future vaccination work.
