摘　　要：目的 分析前馈控制护理应用于胸腔积液置管引流术后患者的临床效果。方法 将2021年7月至2022年12月我院收治的70例行置管引流术的胸腔积液患者纳入研究,按照患者实际就诊顺序进行分组,对照组35例患者通过常规护理进行干预,观察组35例患者围绕前馈控制护理方案展开干预,对两组患者临床效果进行比较。结果 观察组SF-36各项指标评分明显比对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组SGRQ最终评分明显比对照组更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显比对照组更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组实际护理有效率明显比对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 与常规护理相比较,前馈控制护理方案在胸腔积液置管引流的应用中价值更为显著,不仅可以促使护理质量进一步提高,还可以降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of feedforward control nursing in patients with pleural effusion after catheter drainage.Methods A total of 70 patients with pleural effusion who underwent catheter drainage in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were grouped according to the actual order of patients.The 35 patients of the control group mainly through routine nursing intervention.The 35 patients of the observation group was carried out around the feedforward control nursing program.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The final score of SGRQ in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of final complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of actual nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,the value of feedforward control nursing program in the application of pleural effusion catheter drainage is more significant.It can not only promote the further improvement of nursing quality,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
