综合护理干预在减轻四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究分析综合护理干预在减轻四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法 将100例2022年3月至2023年3月在我院接受手术治疗的四肢创伤骨折患者选为研究对象,依据不同护理方式对患者进行分组,其中参照组50例,观察组50例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,对两组手术前后疼痛程度、心理状态、护理满意度、生活质量予以统计比较。结果 与术前比较,两组术后24、48、72 h疼痛评分明显降低(P <0.05),且观察组术后24、48、72 h疼痛评分明显低于参照组(P <0.05)。两组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于护理前(P <0.05);在抑郁、焦虑评分方面,观察组明显低于参照组(P <0.05)。针对护理满意度而言,观察组明显高于参照组(P <0.05)。两组护理后生活质量各指标评分明显高于护理前(P <0.05),且观察组护理后生活质量各指标评分明显高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 综合护理干预对减轻四肢创伤骨折患者术后疼痛有着十分积极的作用,同时有助于调节患者心理状态,提高护理满意度与生活质量。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing postoperative pain of limb trauma fractures.Methods One hundred patients with limb trauma fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were grouped according to different nursing methods,with 50 in the reference group and 50 in the observation group.The reference group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain level,psychological state,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life of the two groups before and after surgery were statistically compared.Results Compared with preoperative,the pain scores of the two groups significantly decreased at 24,48,and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05),the pain scores of the observation group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),in terms of depression and anxiety scores,the observation group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life indicators in both groups after nursing were significantly higher than before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a very positive effect on reducing postoperative pain in patients with limb trauma fractures,while also helping to regulate their psychological state,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
