摘 要:以湿式离合器油缸内流场为研究对象,分析缸内离心油压及其变化规律,提出了油液滞后系数修正离心油压计算方法并开展试验验证。首先基于离心油压的数学模型和Fluent分析了湿式离合器油缸不同位置的离心油压,发现离心油压的理论计算方法未考虑油液转速滞后的影响;然后定义了油液转速滞后系数来修正离心油压数学模型,系统分析影响油液滞后系数的各种因素,建立了在特定油液粘度下滞后系数与油缸转速及油缸结构参数之间的函数关系;最后基于湿式离合器油缸综合性能试验台架开展了离心油压的试验分析。结果表明:2种油液粘度下,修正后的离心油压理论计算值与试验值接近且存在一致规律,从而证实了湿式离合器油缸离心油压修正计算方法的有效性。Taking the flow field in the wet clutch oil cylinder as the research object,the centrifugal oil pressure in the cylinder and its variation law were analyzed,and the calculation method of the centrifugal oil pressure corrected by the oil hysteresis coefficient was proposed and verified by experiments.Firstly,based on the mathematical model of centrifugal oil pressure and Fluent,the centrifugal oil pressure at different positions of the wet clutch cylinder was analyzed,and it was found that the theoretical calculation method of centrifugal oil pressure didn't consider the influence of oil speed lag.Then the hysteresis coefficient of oil speed was defined to correct the mathematical model of centrifugal oil pressure.Various factors that affect the oil hysteresis coefficient were systematically analyzed,and the functional relationship between the hysteresis coefficient with the cylinder speed and the structural parameters of the cylinder was established under the specific oil viscosity.Finally,the test analysis of centrifugal oil pressure was carried out based on the comprehensive performance test bench of wet clutch cylinder.The results showed that,under the two oil viscosities,the modified theoretical calculation value of centrifugal oil pressure was close to the experimental value and there was a consistent law.Therefore,the validity of the calculation method of centrifugal oil pressure correction of wet clutch cylinder was confirmed.
