摘 要:研究了3种不同载体参数(300、400、600目)的载体入口NH_3分布均匀度及NO_X转化效率,重点分析了低温工况下不同载体对SCR反应及氨逃逸的影响。结果表明,多孔和薄壁的载体结构在低温工况下对载体入口面NH_3分布均匀度有明显提高;随着孔目数不断增多和壁厚的减小,不同方案NO_X转化效率均提高约为5%,氨逃逸量明显减小。载体的多孔和薄壁结构能明显改善低温下SCR催化器的NO_X转化效率和氨逃逸,并有效减少SCR催化器尿素结晶可能性。The research analyzed the NH3 distribution uniformity at inlet,and NOX conversion efficiency of three different carrier parameters(300,400,600/in2),and focused on the effects of different carriers on SCR reaction and ammonia escape under lowtemperature conditions.The research results showed that the porous and thin-walled carrier structure could significantly improve the uniformity of NH3 distribution at the inlet surface of the carrier under low-temperature conditions.With the increase in the number of pores and the decrease in wall thickness,the NOX conversion efficiency of different schemes increased by about 5%,and the ammonia escape amount was significantly reduced.The porous and thin-walled structure of the carrier could effectively improve the NOX conversion efficiency and reduce the ammonia escape of the SCR catalyst at low temperatures,and effectively reduce the possibility of urea crystallization in the SCR catalyst.
