摘 要:为提高环境空气质量,减轻重型柴油车排放尾气对大气的污染,重型柴油车后处理系统功能和配置不断改进,整车通信网络也不断升级优化,导致车辆多通道CAN通信参数包括波特率和通信协议类型存在差异,加装的OBD车载终端与车辆CAN总线适配困难。针对此类问题,提出一种CAN总线协议自适应算法,该算法通过波特率自动识别和特征字识别对CAN总线协议进行精确辨别,应用于OBD车载终端,实现对重型车不同通道CAN总线上通信协议类型的自动识别。通过模拟实验和实车测试从不同角度进行验证分析,实验结果表明,应用CAN总线协议自适应算法的OBD车载终端对车辆常用CAN总线协议有较高的识别率和准确率,能高效自动识别车辆各通信参数,实现与车辆高效匹配连接并进行稳定的数据传输。In order to improve the ambient air quality and reduce the air pollution caused by the exhaust gas of heavy-duty diesel vehicles,the functions and configurations of the after-treatment system of heavy-duty diesel vehicles were continuously improved,and the communication network of the whole vehicle was also continuously upgraded and optimized,resulting in the multi-channel CAN communication parameters of vehicles including Baud rate and communication protocol type,and it was difficult for the installed OBD vehicle terminal to adapt to the vehicle CAN bus.Therefore,a self-adaptive algorithm of CAN bus protocol was proposed.The algorithm accurately distinguished the CAN bus protocol through Baud rate automatic recognition and characteristic word recognition.It was applied to OBD vehicle terminal to realize the automatic identification of communication protocol types on CAN bus of different channels of heavy vehicles.Through the simulation experiment and real vehicle test,the verification and analysis were carried out from different angles.The experimental results showed that the OBD on-board terminal using the adaptive algorithm of CAN bus protocol had a high recognition rate and accuracy for the commonly used CAN bus protocol of the vehicle,could effectively and automatically identify the communication parameters of the vehicle,realize the efficient matching connection with the vehicle and carry out stable data transmission.
