摘　　要：计算机辅助工具有助于快捷实现专业性文章的规范化,提高文字工作者的工作效率。文章针对专业性文章遇到的共性问题,采用免费的Word VBA编程开发辅助工具,通过“突出显示”和“编辑文献”2个宏程序实现了批量的文档模板更换、常见语义修订、科学技术名词和敏感词的修改、空格、量单位更正、图表序号连贯性检查、参考文献人名大写与格式修订等多种功能,快捷键即可快速运行程序并得到变动内容高亮显示的展示结果。实际应用表明:此工具开发的成本低且具有良好的扩展性,能够实现专业性问题的自动标准化,减少了繁复工作并保证了初稿的文字质量。Computer-aided tools help to quickly standardize professional articles and improve the work efficiency of writers.Aiming at the common problems encountered in professional articles,the paper adopts Word VBA,a free programming assistant,and realizes various functions such as batch document template replacement,common semantic revisions,modification of scientific and technical terms and sensitive terminology,blank space and unit corrections,chart number consistency checks,reference capitalization and formatting revisions through two macro programs of“Highlight”and“Edit Literature”.The shortcut key can quickly run the program and get the display results of the highlighted changes in the content.The practical application demonstrates the low cost and scalability of this tool,which allows for the automatic standardization of specialist issues,reducing the complexity of work and ensuring the quality of the first draft.
