摘  要:新型水基聚合物-水泥复合固化土的开发是缓解砂石材料资源紧张的有效方法。通过无侧限抗压强度试验和间接抗拉强度试验,阐明固化剂掺量、养护温度对复合固化土的强度影响规律,探讨其强度形成的机理。结果表明:当水泥掺量固定为8%并掺加0.5%水基聚合物时,复合固化土的无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度均得到提高,达到了最优掺量;但当水基聚合物掺量>1%时,复合固化土的间接抗拉强度降低,而当掺量>4%时,复合固化土的无侧限抗压强度降低;养护温度的提高会使复合固化土的无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度也随之提高且增长速度加快。复合固化土早期24 h强度主要是由水泥水化引起的,后期强度的增长主要由水泥水化和聚合物共同作用,而水基聚合物掺量过高会减弱水泥的水化作用,并影响其最终强度。The utilization of new water-based polymer-cement composite solidified soil represents an effective approach to address the scarcity of sand and gravel resources.Through unconfined compressive strength test and indirect tensile strength test,this study investigates the influence of a solidified agent content and curing temperature on the strength of the composite solidified soil,and discusses the mechanism behind the strength formation.The results show that with a fixed cement content of 8%and the addition of 0.5%water-based polymer,both the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength of the composite solidified soil improve.However,when the water-based polymer content exceeds 1%,the indirect tensile strength of the composite solidified soil decreases,and when the content exceeds 4%,the unconfined compressive strength of the composite solidified soil decreases.The increase of curing temperature makes the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength of the composite solidified soil increase and the growth rate is accelerated.The early(24 hours)strength of the composite solidified soil primarily stems from cement hydration,and the subsequent strength growth is attributed to cement hydration and polymer effects.Excessive water-based polymer content weakens cement hydration and affect the final strength of the composite solidified soil.
