摘  要:青岛市地铁8号线工程是山东省新旧动能转换重点项目,其中大洋站—青岛北站区间海底隧道是国内第一条同时采用泥水盾构、矿山法+全断面隧道掘进机TBM施工的海底隧道,最大埋深为56 m,其地质条件和建筑结构复杂、施工作业面多、施工工法多样、安全风险大。在项目管理中需要对现场施工内容、资源配置、进度计划、人员安排、安全隐患等诸多方面进行大量的沟通协调,但因人员配置不完善、信息沟通不及时、设备监控不严格等原因,极易引发项目进度、安全和质量问题。文章基于自主研发的“三维地理信息系统GIS+建筑信息模型BIM”项目信息管控平台,结合青岛地铁8号线施工中的工程管理数据,利用数据集成、实时监控、模拟分析、虚拟建造等模式,以数字化、信息化和可视化的方式提升了项目建设管理水平,顺应了工程信息化发展的需要,革新了施工管理行为模式和管理模式,可为类似工程的信息化应用提供借鉴。The Qingdao Metro Line 8 project plays a crucial role in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province.The subsea tunnel between Dayang Station and Qingdaobei Station is China s first subsea tunnel constructed by using a combination of slurry shield,mining method plus TBM,with a maximum buried depth of 56m.The project faces numerous challenges,including complex geological conditions and building structure,various construction operations,and significant safety risks.Effective project management requires extensive communication and coordination across various aspects such as site construction,resource allocation,schedule,personnel arrangement,safety hazards.Failure to address these factors adequately can lead to progress delays,compromised safety and quality problems due to imperfect personnel allocation,untimely information communication,and lax equipment monitoring.This paper,based on the independently developed“3D Geographic Information System(GIS)+Building Information Modeling(BIM)”project information management and control platform,combined with the project management data of Qingdao Metro Line 8,utilizing the modes of data integration,real-time monitoring,simulation analysis,virtual construction and the way of digitalization,informatization and visualization,improves the project construction management,meets the needs of the development of engineering information,innovates construction management modes and provides reference for the application of informatization of similar projects.
