摘 要:采用硬模板法合成4种尖晶石型双金属氧化物,取其中乙烷催化燃烧活性最高的NiCo_(2)O_(4)替代部分贵金属活性中心,与氧化铝等组分混合涂覆在蜂窝陶瓷载体上,再通过氨解法将Pd和Pt分散到载体涂层上,制备了Pt-Pd/NiCo_(2)O_(4)复合型催化剂。考察并比较了该催化剂对低碳烃燃烧反应的催化性能。实验结果表明:该催化剂的催化燃烧活性与参比催化剂大致相当,但贵金属用量减少约44%;在模拟气流量为20 L/min、催化剂床层体积空速为10000 h^(-1)的条件下,乙烷及丙烷的T99分别约为440℃和380℃,甲烷的T90为460℃。Four spinel-type bimetallic oxides were synthesized by hard-templating method.Among which,NiCo_(2)O_(4) with the highest catalytic activity for ethane combustion was selected to replace some of the noble metal active centers and mixed with components such as alumina to coat the honeycomb ceramic carrier.Then,Pd and Pt were dispersed onto the carrier coating by ammonolysis method to prepare Pt-Pd/NiCo_(2)O_(4) composite catalyst.The catalytic activity of this catalyst for combustion reaction of low-carbon hydrocarbons was investigated and compared.The experimental results show that:The activity of the prepared catalyst is roughly equivalent to that of the reference catalyst,but the amount of precious metal used is reduced by about 44%;Under the simulated gas flow rate of 20 L/min and catalyst bed volume space velocity of 10000 h^(-1),the T99 of ethane and propane is about 440℃and 380℃,respectively,and the T90 of methane is 460℃.
