摘  要:借鉴国内外化工行业碳排放核算的经验与实践,构建了煤制甲醇过程的碳排放核算体系,明确了碳排放核算边界和排放源,分析了主要碳排放活动类型及相应核算方法,确定了碳排放活动水平数据及相关参数的获取方法和途径,并在此基础上对国内某大型煤制甲醇企业进行了案例研究。结果表明,煤制甲醇过程的碳排放总量中38.35%为间接排放,60.46%为工业生产过程排放,而作为原料的原煤自身的氢碳组分比不满足合成甲醇的化学计量比要求是造成大量过程排放的重要原因。针对煤制甲醇企业的排放结构和强度特征,从提升碳元素利用效率,优化能源结构,探索碳捕集、利用与封存技术和开展碳减排指标交易等方面提出了碳减排对策建议。Drawing on the experience and practice of carbon emission accounting in the domestic and foreign chemical industry,a carbon emission accounting system for the coal to methanol(CTM)process was constructed.The accounting boundary and emission source were clarified,the main types of carbon emission activity and corresponding accounting methods were analyzed,and the methods and approaches for obtaining the level data and related parameters of carbon emission activity were determined,and a case study on a large coal to methanol enterprise in China was conducted based on this.The accounting results show that 38.35%of the total carbon emissions from CTM processes are indirect emissions,while 60.46%are process emissions in industrial production,and the hydrocarbon component ratio of coal as a raw material does not meet the stoichiometric ratio for methanol synthesis,which is an important reason for the large amount of process emissions.According to the emission structure and intensity characteristics of CTM enterprises,suggestions for carbon emission reduction for CTM enterprises are proposed in the aspects of carbon utilization efficiency improvement,energy structure optimization,research on carbon capture,utilization and storage technologies,and carbon emission indicator trade.
