摘  要:建立了一种采用顶空-气相色谱法测定土壤中异丙胺、二异丙胺、正丁胺、正辛胺4种有机胺类化合物的方法。顶空体系的优化条件为平衡温度80℃、平衡时间30 min、氨水加入量100.0μL。气相色谱选择CP-Volamine型色谱柱进行分析。异丙胺、正丁胺、二异丙胺、正辛胺的检出限分别为2,0.9,0.2,0.9 mg/kg;空白加标回收率分别为81.3%~96.1%,80.7%~94.7%,68.0%~93.2%,93.8%~104%,相对标准偏差分别为3.9%~8.9%,4.2%~7.8%,7.6%~13%,5.9%~14%;基体加标回收率分别为71.5%~84.6%,70.3%~84.4%,59.6%~80.1%,73.0%~88.5%,相对标准偏差分别为3.8%~8.0%,4.3%~8.5%,7.5%~14%,7.8%~14%。A method has been established for the determination of four organic amine compounds in soil,namely isopropylamine,diisopropylamine,n-butylamine,and n-octylamine,using headspace gas chromatography.The optimization conditions for the headspace system are equilibrium temperature of 80℃,equilibrium time of 30 minutes,and ammonia addition of 100.0μL.CP-Volamine type chromatographic column was selected for gas chromatography analysis.The detection limit for isopropylamine,n-butylamine,diisopropylamine,and n-octylamine is 2,0.9,0.2,0.9 mg/kg,respectively.The recovery rate of blank spiking is 81.3%-96.1%,80.7%-94.7%,68.0%-93.2%,93.8%-104%,and the relative standard deviation is 3.9%-8.9%,4.2%-7.8%,7.6%-13%,5.9%-14%,respectively.The recovery rate of matrix spiking is 71.5%-84.6%,70.3%-84.4%,59.6%-80.1%,73.0%-88.5%,and the relative standard deviation is 3.8%-8.0%,4.3%-8.5%,7.5%-14%,7.8%-14%,respectively.
