摘  要:根据民用飞机货舱衬板材料的适航要求,系统地研究了纤维类型、树脂基体、成型工艺等对货舱衬板韧性、强度、阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明,优选之后的增强材料与改性后的酚醛树脂制备出的货舱衬板性能优异,多规格型号满足商飞材料规范CMS-CP-503的性能要求。其中,30型落锤冲击性能达24.67 J,高于指标15.8%;滚筒剥离性能达18.5 Nmm/mm,高于指标25%;燃烧4 min时的烟密度为9.5;毒性气体NO X含量为13 mg/L,HCN、HCl、HF含量均为0,各项指标均满足目前先进的适航性要求。According to the airworthiness requirements of civil aircraft for cargo liner materials,The relation of reinforcing fiber type,matrix resin and molding process on the toughness,strength and flame retardant of cargo liner were investigated in this paper.The results show that the liner prepared by the optimized reinforcing material and toughened matrix resin has excellent performance and meets the performance requirements of multi model cargo liner in COMAC material specification CMS-CP-503.Among them,the impact performance of type 30 falling weight reaches 24.67 J,which is 15.8%higher than the requirement;The peeling performance of the drum reaches 18.5 Nmm/mm,which is 25%higher than the requirement;The smoke density is 9.5 when burning for 4 min;The toxic gas HCN is 13 mg/L,and NO X,HCl and HF are 0 mg/L.All indicators meet the current advanced airworthiness requirements.
