摘  要:碳化硅纤维增强碳化硅基体(SiC/SiC)复合材料其优异特性是航空发动机热端高温部件的理想材料。作为SiC/SiC复合材料的增强相,SiC纤维预制体的设计与织造决定构件可靠性和承载效率的关键环节。2.5D结构由于可设计性强,成本低,成型简单,产业化可实现等特点而广泛应用于预制体织造。本文介绍了碳化硅纤维可织性研究,归纳了2.5D角联锁的几种结构方法,阐述了2.5D角联锁织造关键技术等问题,最后提出了在该领域应解决的问题和主攻方向。Silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix(SiC/SiC)composites are ideal materials for high temperature parts at the hot end of aeroengines due to their excellent properties.As the reinforcing phase of SiC/SiC composites,the design and weaving of SiC fiber preforms play a key role in determining the reliability and load-bearing efficiency of components.2.5D structure is widely used in prefabricated weaving due to its strong designability,low cost,simple molding and industrialization.This paper introduces the research on the woven property of silicon carbide fiber,summarizes several structural methods of 2.5D angle interlocking,and describes the key technologies of 2.5D angle interlocking weaving.Finally,the problems to be solved in this field and the main directions are put forward.
