摘  要:玄武岩纤维是以天然玄武岩为原料,经熔融和拉丝工艺制备而成的无机纤维材料,具有抗拉强度高、弹性模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优良性能,被广泛用于国防航天、土建交通等众多领域。在玄武岩熔制纤维化过程中,玄武岩熔体的析晶性能是原料选择与配制的重要依据,也是决定其能否成功拉丝的关键参数。本文对近年来玄武岩熔体析晶性能的研究进行了分析,总结了玄武岩析晶性能的测试方法,重点阐述了玄武岩熔体析晶性能的影响因素,指出了化学组成、矿物组成、熔融温度及熔融时间是影响其析晶性能的关键,简述了目前玄武岩熔体析晶性能方面的研究存在的问题,并进行了展望。Basalt fiber is an inorganic fiber material made from natural basalt by melting and drawing process.It has high tensile strength,high elastic modulus,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and other excellent properties.Is widely used in many fields such as national defense,aerospace,civil engineering and transportation.In the process of melting and fibrosis of basalt,the crystallization property of basalt melt is an important basis for raw material selection and preparation,and also a key parameter to determine whether it can be successfully drawn.In this paper,the research on crystallization properties of basalt melt in recent years is analyzed,and the testing methods of crystallization properties of basalt melt are summarized.The influencing factors of crystallization properties of basalt melt are emphatically expounded,and it is pointed out that chemical composition,mineral composition,melting temperature and time are the key factors affecting crystallization properties of basalt melt.Finally,the existing problems in the research of crystallization properties of basalt melt are briefly described,and the prospect is given.
