我国对苯二甲酰氯专利情况分析

摘　　要：基于国内专利检索,从专利角度对我国对苯二甲酰氯专利申请和授权情况进行了分析。结果表明,自1991年至今,我国对苯二甲酰氯专利申请量随着我国对位芳纶迅速发展而逐步增加;企业是对苯二甲酰氯专利申请和获得授权的主要主体,其专利申请量和授权量占总总量比例为86%和80%;专利申请人和获得授权的主体所属区域主要在山东省,占专利申请和获得授权总量的比例分别为67%和50%。Based on the domestic patent search,the patent application and authorization of terephthaloyl chloride in China was quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of patent literature.The results show that the terephthaloyl chloride patent quantities increased quickly from 1991 to the present with the rapid development of para-aramid in China.Enterprises are the main subjects of patent applications and authorizations for terephthaloyl chloride.,and the proportion is up to 86%and 80%of the total,respectively.The regions of patent applicants and authorized subjects are mainly located in Shandong Province,accounting for 67%and 50%of the total respectively.
