摘 要:为明确莫西菌素(Moxidectin,MXD)微乳制剂对小尾寒羊的生产性能、血液生化指标以及胃肠道线虫驱虫效果的影响。试验将125只自然感染胃肠道线虫的小尾寒羊随机分为5组,每组25只。分别为空白对照组、皮下注射伊维菌素(Ivermectin,IVM)0.2 mg/kg组(IVM_(SC0.2)组)、皮下注射MXD 0.2 mg/kg组(MXD_(SC0.2)组)、皮下注射1倍剂量MXD微乳制剂组(MXD_(SC0.2)微乳组)、皮下注射5倍剂量MXD微乳制剂组(MXD_(SC1.0)微乳组),按照分组情况进行给药,整个试验期间观察试验动物的临床症状。在试验第0天和第30天对试验动物进行称重计算平均日增重。在试验第0天和第7天对采血进行血清生化指标检测。在试验第0、7、14、30天采集粪便样本检测消化道线虫每克粪中虫卵个数(EPG)并计算疗效。结果表明,MXD_(SC0.2)组、MXD_(SC0.2)微乳组、MXD_(SC1.0)微乳组的平均日增重显著高于空白对照组和IVM_(SC0.2)组(P<0.05)。第0天和第7天各试验组血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验第14、30天空白对照组EPG极显著高于试验组(P<0.01),在试验第7天达到最佳疗效,疗效分别为81.69%、95.08%、95.55%、95.22%。综上所述,MXD微乳制剂可以安全地应用于临床,且可以有效地提高生产性能,MXD_(SC0.2)微乳组、MXD_(SC1.0)微乳组对小尾寒羊消化道线虫驱虫效果优于IVM_(SC0.2)组、MXD_(SC0.2)组。在临床应用中MXD微乳制剂的推荐用量为皮下注射0.2 mg/kg。To determine the influence of Moxidectin microemulsion preparation on the production perfor⁃mance,blood biochemical indexes and the effect of gastrointestinal nematode repellency in small tail Han sheep.In the experiment,125 small tailed Han sheep infected with gastrointestinal tract nematodes naturally were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=25).They were administered according to the grouped doses,blank control group,treated with 0.2 mg/kg of Ivermectin subcutaneous injection group(IVM_(SC0.2)group),0.2 mg/kg of MXD subcutaneous injection group(MXD_(SC0.2)group),1 time dose of(0.2 mg/kg)MXD microemulsion subcutaneous injection group(MXD_(SC0.2)microemulsion group),5 times dose of(1.0 mg/kg)MXD microemulsion subcutaneous in⁃jection group(MXD_(SC0.2)microemulsion group).On the 0^(th)and 30^(th)day of the experiment,the experi⁃ment animals were weighed to calculate the aver⁃age daily weight gain.On the 0^(th)and 7^(th)day of the experiment,the blood samples were collected for serum biochemical detection.Fecal samples were collected on the 0^(th),7^(th),14^(th),and 30^(th)day to detect the number of eggs per gram of feces(EPG)and calculate the efficacy.The results showed that the average daily gain of MXD_(SC0.2)group,MXD_(SC0.2)mi⁃croemulsion group and MXD_(SC1.0)microemulsion group were significantly higher than the blank control group and IVM_(SC0.2)group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes be⁃tween the experiment groups on the 0^(th)and 7^(th)day(P>0.05).On the 7^(th),14^(th)and 30^(th)day of the experiment,the EPG of the blank control group was significantly higher than other experiment groups,and the best effi⁃cacy was achieved on the 7^(th)day of the experiment,were 81.69%,95.08%,95.55%and 95.22%respective⁃ly.The results indicated that moxicillin microemulsion can be safely in clinical use,and can effectively im⁃prove the production performance.The anthelmintic effect of MXD_(SC0.2)microemulsion group and MXD_(SC1.0)microemulsion group on intestinal nemat
