摘　　要：科技创业孵化载体是培育科技企业创业创新的重要基地,科技型创业企业融资难是制约其快速发展的瓶颈问题。通过对江苏省省级以上科技企业孵化器内在孵企业的融资情况进行研究,归纳得出影响科技型创业企业融资的主要因素,并从健全完善科技金融服务体系、提升孵化载体服务水平、培育科技企业创新能力3个方面提出适合在孵科技型创业企业发展的有效融资服务路径和政策建议。The incubation carrier is an important base for cultivating science and technology start-ups,and the difficulty in financing is the bottleneck restricting their rapid development.The financing situation of incubated enterprises in science and technology business incubators above the provincial level in Jiangsu Province is studied.The main factors that affect the financing of science and technology start-ups are summarized.Effective financing service paths and policy suggestions suitable for incubating science and technology start-ups are proposed from three aspects:improving the science and technology financial service system,enhancing and strengthening the service level of incubation carriers,and cultivating and developing the innovation ability of science and technology enterprises.
