摘 要:玉米在全世界热带和温带地区广泛种植。玉米的营养价值较高,是优良的粮食作物,也是食品、医疗卫生、轻工业、化工业等不可或缺的原料之一。以杂交种玉米为实验材料,重点分析了模拟干旱胁迫对杂交种玉米穗位叶和根部超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。研究表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,杂交种玉米的穗位叶和根部的SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈现逐渐增加的趋势:玉米根部的SOD活性在对照组及各程度干旱胁迫条件下均高于穗位叶的SOD活性;玉米根部的POD活性在对照组及各程度干旱胁迫条件下均高于穗位叶的POD活性;玉米穗位叶的CAT活性在对照组及各程度干旱胁迫条件下均高于根部的CAT活性。Maize is widely planted in tropical and temperate regions of the world.Maize has high nutritional value and is an excellent food crop.It is also one of the indispensable raw materials for food,health care,light industry,chemical industry and so on.Hybrid maize was used as experimental material,and the effects of simulated drought stress on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)in the ear leaves and roots of hybrid maize were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of drought stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the ear leaves and roots of hybrid maize are gradually increased.The SOD activity of maize roots is higher than that of ear leaves in the control group and under various drought stress conditions.The POD activity of maize roots is higher than that of ear leaves in the control group and under various drought stress conditions.The CAT activity of maize ear leaves of is higher than that of roots in the control group and under various drought stress conditions.
