摘　　要：为推动江苏省癌症区域医疗中心建设,开展癌症重点病种的早诊早治,推行规范化、科学化和个体化的癌症治疗方案,笔者从建设癌症区域医疗中心的背景和意义出发,以淮安市第一人民医院为实践,在打造高水平人才梯队、提升癌症相关诊疗技术服务能力、搭建高层次科研平台、夯实教学培训基础、提高智慧医疗信息化水平等几个方面,进行探索,就下一步建设工作进行思考并提供相关建议。In order to promote the construction of regional medical centers of cancer in Jiangsu Province,carry out early diagnosis and treatment of key cancer diseases,and promote standardized,scientific and individualized cancer treatment programs,the authors,taking Huai’an First People’s Hospital as practice,explored several aspects such as building a high-level talent team,improving the cancer-related technical service ability of diagnosis and treatment,building a high-level scientific research platform,consolidating the teaching and training foundation,and improving the level of smart medical information,etc.,thought about the next construction work and provided the relevant suggestions.
