库存管理理论在麻醉耗材管理的应用实践

摘　　要：目的探讨应用库存管理理论对医院麻醉耗材管理的改善。方法从2020年7月开始运用SPD供应链管理、ABC分类管理等库存管理理论对该院麻醉耗材管理进行改进,收集改进前后麻醉科二级库房的相关数据和医生满意度。结果改进后建立了实时库存系统和耗材分类库存体系,在改进前后患者的人均麻醉耗材花费从555.07元下降至360.62元,耗材库存比例由最高的308.3%下降至改进后的44.2%,改进后未发生耗材缺货,麻醉医生对耗材管理的总体满意度显著提高(P=0.003)。结论采用库存管理理论指导麻醉耗材管理可以有效提高管理水平,降低医院耗材支出成本,提高医生满意度。Objective:To explore the management improvement of anesthesia consumables in a hospital by applying inventory management theory.Method:the inventory management theories such as SPD supply chain management and ABC classification management have been applied to improve the management of anesthetic consumables in the hospital.And the relevant data and doctor satisfaction of the secondary warehouse of the department of anesthesiology have been collected before and after the improvement since July 2020.Result:After the improvement,the real-time inventory system and the classified inventory system of consumables were established.Before and after the improvement,the per capita cost of anesthesia consumables for patients decreased from 555.07 yuan to 360.62 yuan,and the proportion of consumables in inventory decreased from the highest 308.3%to 44.2%after the improvement.No consumables were out of stock after the improvement.Anesthesiologists’overall satisfaction with consumables management was significantly improved(P=0.003).Conclusion:Thus,the use of inventory management theory to guide the management of anesthesia consumables can effectively improve the management level,reduce the cost of hospital consumables,and improve the satisfaction of doctors.
