摘 要:随着各大城市地铁建设的快速发展,大体积混凝土的施工应用越来越广泛,其浇筑产生的大量水化热释放较为集中,易导致混凝土内外温差较大并产生裂缝,影响结构安全和正常使用。玻化粉煤灰微珠作为一种新型混凝土外加剂,具有活性高、质轻、耐腐蚀、耐磨、抗压强度高、热稳定性好等优点。将其添加到混凝土中,可改善混凝土微观结构,提高混凝土抗裂性和密实度。研究不同掺量玻化粉煤灰微珠对C20、C30、C40混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度以及水化热的影响情况,试验表明,C20混凝土玻化粉煤灰微珠掺量应控制在10%左右,C30混凝土则应控制在15%左右,C40混凝土玻化粉煤灰微珠掺量不宜超过10%,此时混凝土力学性能较优。With the construction of underground subways and tunnels in major cities,large volume concrete is more and more widely used,and the release of a large amount of heat of hydration generated by its pouring is more concentrated.The application results in cracks arising from the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of concrete,which affects the safety of the structure and normal use.As a new type of concrete admixture,glassy fly ash beads have the advantages of high activity,light weight,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,high compressive strength and good thermal stability.Adding them to concrete can improve the pore structure of concrete and increase the crack resistance and compactness of concrete.The effects of different dosing of glassy fly ash beads on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of C20,C30 and C40 concrete and the heat of hydration were studied.The test shows that the content of glass fly ash microbeads for C20 concrete should be controlled at about 10%,for C30 concrete should be controlled at about 15%,and the content of glass fly ash microbeads for C40 concrete should not exceed 10%,resulting in better concrete quality.
