摘 要:以武术在校园内改革为基底进行思考,文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和访谈法等研究方法,对中华武术博大精深的文化特征进行反思。研究认为:博大精深的文化特征本是彰显武术文化魅力的重要表现,但在校园场域下博大精深的文化特征却貌似掣肘武术发展。校园武术在改革与实践中本该规约的套路数量偏大,本该坚守精深的拳理和技法却走向了粗浅。套路种类与套路编排数量的博大,成为学生学习负担的主要来源,间接导致学生对技法掌握的粗浅;拳理教学的模糊与缺失,并未在学习上给予学生有效指导,反而给学生的学习带来困惑与苦恼。启示:校园武术在套路种类上应由博返约实现“功法-套路-实战”的一体化发展,在套路编排数量上应基于中华武术的独特发力方式提炼出精简的技术动作;拳理教学在技术指导上应具体化和精深化,进而倒逼学生真正掌握武术技法感受武术魅力。Based on the reform of Wushuon campus,this paper uses literature,logical analysis and interview research methods to reflect on the broad and profound cultural characteristics of Chinese martial arts.The research holds that the extensive and profound cultural characteristics are the important manifestation of the charm of Wushu culture,but The extensive and profound cultural characteristics become the hindering to the development of Wushu in the campus field.In the reform and practice of campus martial arts,the direction has been reversed from broad and profound,the routine that should be prescribed has been broad,and the boxing principles and techniques that should be profound have been shallow.The variety of sets and the number of sets have become the main source of students'learning burden,which fails to inject vitality and charm into campus martial arts,but makes Wushu lose vitality.The vagueness and lack of boxing teaching does not give effective guidance to students in their study,on the contrary,it brings confusion and distress to students'study,and makes wushu lose its carrier role of cultural connotation.Inspiration:The campus Wushushould realize the integrated development of"skills,routines and actual combat"in the types of sets.In the number of sets,we should extract simple technical movements based on the unique way of Chinese martial arts,so as to force students to deepen their mastery of techniques.The teaching of boxing theory should be specific in technical guidance and refined in cultural connotation.
