内家拳与外家拳劲力对比研究

摘　　要：武术分类方法众多,其中就有内家拳和外家拳的分类方法,其分类方法主要依据是拳种劲力的差异。文章通过查阅相关资料对两种拳的劲力特点进行分析总结,提出内家拳和外家拳各自劲力特点以及他们之间的劲力差异,为武术习练者提供必要的理论支撑,同时也为武术研究者提供可行性参考。There are many ways to classify martial arts,including Neijia and Waijiaquan.The main way to classify martial arts is still the difference in the strength of their boxing.The article analyzes and summarizes the strength characteristics of the two fists by consulting relevant materials,and puts forward the strength characteristics of Neijia and Waijiaquan,as well as the strength differences between them,providing necessary theoretical support for martial arts practitioners,and also providing feasible reference for martial arts researchers.
