摘  要:“武术”作为中华民族传统体育项目之一,其文明发展进程经久不衰,源远流长;完整训练体系圣哲儒智,历久弥新。近年来,面对全社会朝着“高精尖”领域前进的大趋势,中华武术也在多领域、广角度、深层次的融会贯通中博采众长,砥砺深耕。随着时代更迭,科技引领生活,武术日常训练已加入“运动生物力学”的理论实践,如何更好提升运动员的竞技水平,使运动员获得更加优异成绩,最终使竞技武术更上一层楼是无数武学家的共同心愿。文章采用文献资料法和田野调查法,以“运动生物力学”理论为基础,选取武术套路中基本跳跃动作“腾空飞脚”进行研究,分析得出:加强武术专项动作训练的基础上,提高专项体能动作训练质量,在运动员身体健康的基础上,提升“腾空飞脚”的动作演练水平,为竞技武术项目运动训练提供理论价值和实践意义。"Wushu"as one of the traditional sports of the Chinese nation,its civilization development process enduring,long history;complete training system of wisdom,enduring.In recent years,with the acceleration of the whole society toward the"advanced"field,Chinese Wushu has also learned from many fields,wide angles,deep integration,and deep cultivation.With the change of times,science and technology leads the life,Wushu competitions and daily training have joined the theory and practice of"sports biomechanics",how to better improve the competitive technology level of athletes.It is the common wish of countless Wushu scientists to make the athletes get more excellent results and finally make the competitive Wushu to a higher level.This paper adopts literature method,field survey,on the basis of"sports biomechanics"theory,select Wushu routine basic jump"fly"research analysis:on the basis of strengthening Wushu movement training,improve the quality of special physical movement training,on the basis of athletes health,improve the level of"fly",provide theoretical value for sports and practical significance of sports training.
