后疫情时代某高校学生防疫健康行为现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解后疫情时代大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎健康意识、行为变化,为高校制定科学精准防控措施提供依据。方法:采用网络问卷方式对江西省某高校在读大学生进行调查。所有调查对象均接受有关人口学信息、新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识的知晓情况、新型冠状病毒肺炎防控行为的持有情况以及继续开展新冠疫情防控的健康教育态度评估。采用问卷星制作并发放电子问卷,SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析,率的比较采用卡方检验。结果:该校学生防疫知识知晓率较高,医学生知晓率高于非医学生(P<0.05);多数学生有坚持防疫的良好习惯,女生防控行为持有率及正确率均高于男生(P<0.05)。该校学生主要通过官方新闻(95.2%)和新媒体(75.3%)获取疫情防控信息,其中女生占比明显高于男生(P<0.05)。结论:医学生与非医学生及不同性别大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎健康防护意识差异较大,该高校要实施具有针对性的健康教育,优化后疫情时代下各项防控工作的开展,以保证校园安全。Objective:To investigate the health awareness and behavior of college students during the post epidemic of the COVID-19,and to provide a basis to prepare COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures precisely in universities.Methods:A survey was conducted among college students of one university of Jiangxi Province among online questionnaire.The personal statistics information,current situation of knowledge,practice and health education attitude about the prevention and control of COVID-19 of all survey object were evaluated by online questionnaire.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze statistical data,and the comparison of rates was performed by chi-square test.Results:The awareness rate of COVID-19 epidemic prevention of students in this college is relatively high,and the rate of medical students is significantly higher than that of non-medical students(P<0.05).Most students retain COVID-19 epidemic prevention habits just as during the epidemic period.Among them,the holding rate and correct rate of prevention and control behaviors in female students are relatively higher than that in male students(P<0.05).In addition,the students of this college mainly obtain information of epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 through official news(95.2%)and new media(75.3%).The proportion of female students who made the above choices was significantly higher than that of male(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were difference in college students of different majors and genders about awareness of health protection against COVID-19.Universities and relevant departments should carry out health education according to different characteristics of students,improve their health literacy and reduce the risk of campus infection.
