3种绿色表面活性剂在婴童洗发水中的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了椰油酰丙氨酸钠、无患子提取物、油茶枯提取物在婴童洗发水中的应用性能。在婴童洗发水的基础配方中,控制活性物在9.6%,pH在5.5~6.5时,系统研究了3种绿色表面活性剂在产品中理化与感观性能、泡沫性能和刺激性能方面的表现。结果显示,含3种绿色表面活性剂的产品(简称测试样),外观均一透明稳定、泡沫丰富,符合国标要求;测试样的刺激性低于AES对照样和CAB对照样,说明3种绿色表面活性剂中的刺激性低于AES和CAB,清洁皮肤的同时,又不会导致对皮肤的过度刺激,有助于保护婴幼儿皮肤天然屏障力。The application properties of three kinds of green surfactants in baby shampoos were studied,including sodium cocoyl alaninate,Sapindus mukorossi extract and Camellia oleifera extract.These green surfactants were added to the basic formulations in which the content of active substance was 9.6%and the pH was 5.5~6.5.The physicochemical properties,sensory properties,detergency,foaming and irritation of the three kinds of baby shampoos were systematically studied.The results showed that the three baby shampoos were all transparent and stable in appearance and with rich foam,which met the requirements of the national standard;the irritation of the three baby shampoos was lower than those of the controlled trials with AES and with CAB,which indicated that the irritation of the three green surfactants was lower than that of AES and CAB.Therefore,while cleaning the skin,they are expected not to lead to excessive degreasing of the skin and to be helpful to protect the natural barrier of baby skin.
