摘　　要：犬心肌病是一种常见且严重的心脏疾病,可导致心肌功能障碍和心力衰竭。系统评述犬心肌病的诊断和治疗方法,包括临床症状、体格检查、心电图、超声心动图、心肌生物标志物等诊断手段,以及药物治疗、手术干预和生活方式管理等治疗策略。通过深入了解犬心肌病的诊断与治疗,为兽医临床实践提供科学依据。Canine cardiomyopathy is a common and severe heart disease that can lead to myocardial dysfunction and heart failure.This paper aims to systematically review the diagnosis and treatment methods of canine cardiomyopathy,including clinical symptoms,physical examination,electrocardiogram,echocardiography,myocardial biomarkers,and other diagnostic means,as well as treatment strategies such as drug treatment,surgical intervention,and lifestyle management.By deeply understanding the diagnosis and treatment of canine cardiomyopathy,the scientific basis can be provided for veterinary clinical practice.
