摘　　要：以(3,5)2,6-二甲基哌啶,碘甲烷为原料,乙醇为溶剂,碳酸钾为缚酸剂一步制备了两种哌啶季铵盐,通过控制变量法进行实验,得到N,N-二甲基2,6-二甲基哌啶季铵盐收率最高收率为90.98%。运用响应平面分析的方法对工艺进行优化,预测出最佳反应条件为:反应时间为48 h,反应温度为46℃,反应物摩尔比为3.6∶1。产品平均收率为90.6%。Two quaternary ammonium piperidine salts were prepared in one step with(3,5)2,6-dimethylpiperidine and methane iodide as raw materials,ethanol as solvent and potassium carbonate as acid binding agent.The maximum yield of N,N-dimethyl-2,6-dimethylpiperidine quaternary ammonium salt was 90.98%.Response surface analysis was used to optimize the process,and the optimal reaction conditions were predicted as follows:reaction time 48h,reaction temperature 46℃,molar ratio of reactants 3.6∶1.The average yield of the product was 90.6%.
