摘 要:核燃料后处理厂基本采用PUREX流程,在运行过程中会产生大量含氮氧化物的放射性尾气,为满足气态流出物的环境排放要求,尾气除进行放射性净化处理外,还需要进行氮氧化物净化处理。选择性催化还原技术(SCR)具有很高的脱除率,是目前应用最广泛的一种烟气脱硝工艺。本文对SCR脱硝技术进行简要介绍,结合核燃料后处理领域的特点和使用工况需求对SCR脱硝技术在该领域的应用前景进行分析,提出SCR脱硝技术工程应用的展望和建议。The nuclear fuel reprocessing plant usually adopts PUREX process,which will produce a large number of radioactive waste gas containing nitrogen oxide.In order to achieve the environmental emission requirements of gaseous efflux,the waste gas needs to be purified by nitrogen oxide in addition to radioactive purification.The selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology is one of the most widely used waste gas denitrification process with high removal efficiency.In this paper,SCR denitration technology is briefly introduced,the application prospect of SCR denitration technology in this field is analyzed based on the characteristics of nuclear fuel reprocessing field and the requirements of operating conditions.The prospect and suggestion of SCR denitration engineering application are put forward.
