摘 要:本文开展了乏燃料干法后处理熔盐萃取槽内针对高温LiCl-KCl熔盐和金属镉的液-液两相搅拌流动数值模拟。基于FLUENT中的k-ωSST模型研究了搅拌桨桨型、桨叶数量和搅拌桨垂直高度三个方面对搅拌流动流场分布的影响。结果表明,相同条件下锚式、弯叶开式和直叶开式搅拌桨在监测点速度值分别是2.52 m·s^(-1),2.37 m·s^(-1)和2.11 m·s^(-1),锚式搅拌桨较符合理想情况;熔盐和金属两相分离比随着桨叶数量的增大而改善,数量为5叶时分离比最高为0.91,推荐搅拌桨4叶结构;分离比随着搅拌桨垂直高度的升高先增后减,在两相界面处达到最大值,综合考虑推荐搅拌桨垂直高度为-40~60 mm。拟合出关于分离比的关系式。本文可为熔盐萃取槽的设计和改进提供参考。Numerical simulations of liquid-liquid two-phase stirred flow in a spent fuel dry reprocessing molten salt extraction tank for high temperature LiCl-KCl molten salt and metallic cadmium is carried out.Based on the k-ωSST model in FLUENT,the effects of three aspects of stirring paddle pulp type,number of paddles and vertical height of stirring paddles on the flow field distribution of stirred flow are investigated.The results show that the speed values of anchor,bent lobe open and straight blade open impeller at the monitoring point under the same conditions are 2.52 m·s^(-1),2.37 m·s^(-1) and 2.11 m·s^(-1),respectively,and the anchor mixer paddle is more in line with the ideal situation.The two-phase separation ratio of molten salt and metal improved with the increase of the number of blades,and the separation ratio was the highest 0.91 when the number was 5 blades,and the 4-blade structure of the stirring paddle is recommended.The separation ratio increases first and then decreases with the increase of the vertical height of the mixing paddle,and reaches a maximum value at the interface of the two phases,and the vertical height of the mixing paddle is recommended to be-40~60 mm.A relational equation is fitted about the separation ratio.The paper could provide a reference for the design and improvement of molten salt extraction tank.
