摘  要:国内某50万吨/年裂解汽油加氢装置采用中国石化工程建设有限公司的汽油加氢技术。根据产品分布情况,方案以中心馏分加氢工艺为主、全馏分加氢工艺为辅进行工艺优化设计;并对换热网络进行能量优化计算,深挖装置节能潜力。物料经一段加氢、二段加氢反应生产的汽油产品中,芳烃含量均达到93.5%以上,中心馏分加氢工艺所得未加氢C5-产品中含双烯烃达到84.5%以上,全馏分加氢工艺所得加氢C5-产品中单烯烃含量达到91.4%以上。A 500000-t/year cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit adopts the gasoline hydrogenation technology of Sinopec Engineering Incorporation.According to the product distribution,the plan focuses on the central fraction hydrogenation,supplemented by the full fraction hydrogenation for process optimization design.Energy optimization calculations was performed on the heat exchange network to discover the energy-saving potential of the unit.The content of aromatics in the gasoline products produced by the first and second stage hydrogenation is more than 93.5%,the content of diolefin in the unhydrogenated C5-products obtained by the hydrogenation of the central fraction is more than 84.5%,and the content of single olefin in the hydrogenated C5-products obtained by full fraction hydrogenation is more than 91.4%.
