摘　　要：研制了一种排水法测量遇水放出易燃气体速率的新仪器,它结构简单,使用维护方便,能精确地测量出0.5 mL/h的放气速率,其探测灵敏度比现有仪器高高1个至1.5个数量级。更重要的是,它带有一个补水辅助装置,能有效克服水量对量程的限制以及因连续排水对测量线性的影响,使仪器有更广泛的适用性。A new instrument of emit flammable gas of substance when contacted with water was developed.It is simple in structure,easy to use and maintain.It can accurately measure very tiny gas rate in a level of 0.5 mL/h emitted from water at current standard,the detection sensitivity is 1 to 1.5 grades higher than the current instruments.Moreover,it attached a water refill system,which can effectively overcome the measuring range limit come from limited of water quantity and the influence on measuring linearity from the continuous water expel out.So the instrument possesses a wider applicability.
