摘 要:我国是啤酒生产和消费大国,啤酒工业产生大量高污染废水。啤酒废水尾水经深度处理后回用具有较大碳减排及经济效益。在烟台某啤酒厂基于异养反硝化生物膜法构建了一套处理规模为200 m^(3)/d的深度脱氮反应器开展啤酒废水尾水深度脱氮示范。结果表明,深度脱氮反应器对啤酒废水尾水总氮、硝氮平均去除率分别为51.9%、79.0%,出水总氮浓度最优可小于1.5 mg/L,去除总氮的填料负荷均值为0.14 kgTN/(m^(3)·d),对氨氮无去除效果,对SS的平均去除率为40.6%。China is a big beer production and consumption country.The brewery industry produces large volumes of wastewater with high COD and nitrogen contents.The reuse of treated brewery wastewater after in-depth removal of nitrogen has great effect on pollution reduction,carbon emission reduction and economic benefit growth.A demonstration reactor based on biofilm process for advanced nitrogen removal was constructed to study heterotrophic nitrogen removal of brewery wastewater in a brewery in Yantai China.200 m^(3) brewery wastewater was treated per day by the reactor operated in both warm and cold conditions.Results showed that the average removal rates of total nitrogen and nitrate were 51.9%and 79.0%,respectively.The minimum concentration of total nitrogen in the effluent was less than 1.5 mg/L.The average total nitrogen loading rate(NLR)of biofilm carrier was 0.14 kgTN/(m^(3)·d),while the reactor had no effect on the ammonia nitrogen removal.The average removal rate of suspended solid(SS)was 40.6%.
