摘  要:城市生活垃圾转运站渗滤液与填埋场等渗滤液性质差异较大,多数单位进行工艺设计时没有针对水质情况优化参数取值。通过转运站渗滤液全量化处理的中试试验表明,新鲜污水暂存时间不宜超过2天,混凝去除率可不低于50%,污泥负荷以0.24 kgCOD/kgMLSS·d为宜,污泥产率系数宜取0.23~0.4 kgVSS/kgCOD,臭氧对COD降解速度宜为0.08 kgCOD/h,工艺经济性较好,且不产生难处理二次污染物,工艺出水水质可满足《污水综合排放标准》表4三级标准并排入城镇下水道。There are significant differences in the properties of leachate from urban domestic waste transfer stations and landfills,and most units do not optimize parameter values for water quality during process design.The pilot test of fully quantified treatment of leachate at the transfer station shows that the temporary storage time of fresh sewage should not exceed 2 days,the coagulation removal rate can not be less than 50%,the sludge load should be 0.24 kgCOD/kgMLSS·d,the sludge yield coefficient should be 0.23~0.4 kgVSS/kgCOD,and the ozone degradation rate of COD should be 0.08 kgCOD/h.The process has good economic efficiency and does not produce difficult to treat secondary pollutants,The quality of the process effluent can meet the third level standard of the<Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard>and be discharged into urban sewage.
