摘  要:与传统污水处理项目相比,市政污水应急处理项目具有建设工期短、可用场地有限、运营年限大幅缩短等特点。主要用于衔接现有污水处理扩建或提标改造项目建成前的超负荷溢流污水处理,需兼顾项目的环境效益、经济效益和时间效益。为此,较多地采用一体化或装备化成套工艺装备取代传统污水处理厂以钢混结构为主的处理设施。成都某应急工程采用一体化高效澄清池+下向流反硝化生物滤池工艺对前端A^(2)O生化工艺二沉池出水进行深度处理。在不投加混凝剂、絮凝剂和碳源,仅进行污泥和载体回流的极端运行工况下,该深度处理工艺仍能保障出水COD_(Cr)、SS和总磷分别稳定≤30 mg/L、≤10 mg/L和≤0.3 mg/L。Municipal wastewater emergency treatment project is characteristic of short construction period,limited site area and greatly shortened operation years.It is mainly built to deal with the overflow from existed municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)before its expansion or the completion of its upgrading project,with the requirement of environment benefit,economic benefit and time benefit.Therefore,integrated or prefabricated complete sets of equipment are commonly adopted to replace the traditional WWTP facility mainly with steel and concrete structure.An integrated multi-effect clarifier+downflow denitrifying biological filter process was used to polish the preceding A^(2)O process secondary clarifier effluent in an emergency treatment project in Chengdu.Being treated by the integrated process,even under the extreme operation condition,namely without the dosing of coagulant,flocculant and carbon source but with the recirculation of sludge and ore sand,the integrated process can ensure the COD_(Cr),suspended solids and total phosphorus in the effluent were respectively less than 30 mg/L,10 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L.
