摘　　要：电化学传感器因其实验成本低、检测灵敏度高、特异性强、操作简单方便,易于实时在线化监测等优点被广泛应用于生物医药、食品安全、临床检测、环境监测等领域,且正逐步取代传统的化学检测手段。本文重点介绍了电化学传感器在核酸、蛋白质以及重金属离子检测等方面的应用与发展,并对电化学传感器在生物检测领域做出总结与展望。Electrochemical sensors are widely used in biomedicine,food safety,clinical detection,environmental monitoring and other fields because of their low experimental cost,high detection sensitivity,high specificity and simple and convenient operation easy real-time online monitoring and so on,and are gradually replacing traditional chemical detection means.This paper focuses on the application and development of electrochemical sensors in bioassays,such as nucleic acids,proteins and heavy metal ions,and summarizes and prospects the application of electrochemical sensors in the field of biological detection.
