摘  要:化工原理实验是化工类和近化工类专业的必修课程之一,为更好的促进产教融合,深化教学改革,培养综合应用型人才,本文结合当下时政热点,聚焦环境污染与资源回收问题,以具备应用潜力的可再生胺法脱硫系统为例,改进了化工原理实验教学。通过指导学生操作化工单元、处理实验数据、分析科学规律,带领学生全面认识吸收、解吸及其耦合过程,并掌握相关实操技能。该实验设计充分体现了“理论-科研-应用”的逻辑思维模式,引导学生将理论与实践相结合,培养科技创新精神和团队协作能力,进一步提高学生解决实际问题的综合能力,为学生后续学习、科研、工作等方面打下良好基础。Experiment of chemical engineering principle is one of the compulsory courses for chemical and related majors.In order to promote the integration of production and education,deepen teaching reform,and cultivate comprehensive applied talents,this paper combines current political hotspots and focuses on environmental pollution and resource recycling.The potential flue gas desulphurization system with renewable amine is taken as an example for improving the experiment teaching of chemical engineering principle.By guiding students in operating chemical units,handling experimental data,and analyzing scientific laws,students are led to comprehensively understand the absorption and desorption processes,and acquire practical skills.The design of this experiment fully reflects the logical thinking mode of“theory-research-application”.It guides students how to combine theory with practice,cultivate innovative spirit and teamwork ability.It further improves students’comprehensive ability to solve practical problems,and laid a solid foundation for their follow-up study,research,work,and other aspects.
