摘 要:含氚废气的处理是氚安全技术中不可缺少的重要组成部分,其处理水平的高低,在一定程度上反应了氚设施的总体技术水平。为了解决退役设备中含氚废气处理的问题,研制了专门用于含氚废气处理的Zr-Re合金。Zr-Re合金在室温下具有极低的氢平衡压、不受废气中氮气等惰性气体的影响,且吸收部分氧气后也不影响其氚捕集的性能。实验表明,采用Zr-Re合金处理低活度含氚废气后,利用同位素稀释,可以将废气中的氚活度值降低98.7%以上。表明了Zr-Re合金在含氚废气处理方面有着良好的应用前景。The treatment of waste gas containing tritium is an indispensable part of tritium safety technology,and its treatment level reflects the overall technical level of tritium facilities to a certain extent.In order to solve the problem of tritium-containing waste gas treatment in decommissioning equipment,Zr-Re alloy specially used for tritium-containing waste gas treatment was developed.Zr-Re alloy has very low hydrogen equilibrium pressure at room temperature,is not affected by inert gases such as nitrogen in waste gas,and does not affect its tritium trapping performance after absorbing part of oxygen.Experimental results show that the tritium activity in waste gas can be reduced by more than 98.7%after treatment with Zr-Re alloy.It shows that Zr-Re alloy has a good application prospect in the treatment of tritiated waste gas.
