摘 要:随着淡水资源日益紧缺,对污水处理后二次水的回收再利用具有重要的现实意义,火电厂是工业用水大户,越来越多的火电厂将二次水应用于生产中。但二次水水质成分复杂、营养丰富,在运输、运行过程中存在微生物腐蚀问题。本文综述了火电厂的二次水回用现状、存在问题及应用前景;分析了二次水运输与运行工程中溶解氧、腐植酸、pH和碱度、微生物、温度、余氯等因素对管道腐蚀的影响。对二次水的回收利用和控制管道腐蚀的有一定参考意义。With the increasing shortage of fresh water resources,it is of great practical significance to recycle and reuse the treated sewage(secondary water).Thermal power plants are large consumers of industrial water,and more and more thermal power plants use secondary water for production.However,the secondary water is complex in composition and rich in nutrients,and there are microbial corrosion problems in the process of transportation and operation.This paper summarizes the current situation,existing problems and application prospects of secondary water reuse in thermal power plants;The influence of dissolved oxygen,humic acid,pH,alkalinity,microorganism,temperature,residual chlorine and other factors on pipeline corrosion in secondary water transportation and operation project is analyzed.It has certain reference significance for the recovery and utilization of secondary water and the control of pipeline corrosion.
