摘　　要：目前铁路货车散装货物平顶作业的机械化程度相对滞后,在装卸作业时主要以人力作业为主,为减轻现场装卸及附属作业人员劳动强度,确保散装货物平顶作业安全,从系统架构、硬件结构、软件系统及作业流程层面,设计研究铁路货车散装货物平顶装置。该装置实现了在机械化、信息化应用的基础上,通过操作控制设备,实时操控平顶装置进行平顶作业,有助于降低平顶作业人员工作强度,减少人身安全事故发生,提高平顶作业工作效率,降低人力平顶作业成本支出,推进铁路货车散装货物平顶作业的机械化进程。At present,the mechanization degree of bulkload jacking operation of railway trucks is relatively lagging behind,and the loading and unloading operation is mainly human operation.In order to reduce the labor intensity of the field loading and unloading workers and ensure the safety of the bulkload jacking operation,the bulkload jacking device of railway trucks was designed and studied from the aspects of system architecture,hardware structure,software system,and operation process.On the basis of mechanization and information application,the device can control the jacking device in real time to carry out jacking operation through operation control equipment,which can reduce the working intensity of jacking operation personnel,lower the occurrence of personal safety accidents,improve the jacking operation efficiency,save jacking operation costs by labor,promote the mechanization process of bulkload jacking operation of railway trucks.
