痤疮清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪在面部痤疮中临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨痤疮清除术与红蓝光治疗仪应用在临床治疗寻常痤疮(Acnevulgaris,AV)中的价值。方法将2020.7-2022.11我院收治的80例面部痤疮患者为研究对象,随机将入选者分成对照组(n=40,痤疮清除术治疗)和观察组(n=40,痤疮清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗),对比评价组间临床疗效及免疫功能。结果经对比可见观察组疗效(97.50%)明显高于对照组82.50%,数据差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者心理(焦虑状态、抑郁状态)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);接受干预前组间Leeds评分数据对比无明显数据差异(P>0.05),经干预观察组Leeds评分(2.02±0.19)明显低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。讨论临床为面部痤疮患者实施痤疮清除术与红蓝光治疗仪联合治疗,临床疗效确切,明显改善临床症状,患者心理负担得到缓解,值得推广。Objective To analyze and explore the value of acne clearance surgery and the application of red and blue light therapy equipment in the clinical treatment of acne vulgaris(AV).Method 80 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from July 2027 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The selected individuals were randomly divided into a control group(n=40,treated with acne removal surgery)and an observation group(n=40,treated with acne removal surgery combined with red and blue light therapy equipment),and the clinical efficacy and immune function between the two groups were compared and evaluated.Result After comparison,it can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the observation group(97.50%)is significantly higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the data difference is significant(P<0.05);The psychological(anxiety and depression)scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the Leeds score data between the groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the Leeds score of the observation group(2.02±0.19)was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the combination of acne removal surgery and red and blue light therapy equipment is applied to patients with facial acne.The clinical efficacy is reliable,significantly improving clinical symptoms,and alleviating the psychological burden of patients.It is worth promoting.
