595脉冲染料激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光对增生性疤痕治疗和护理方法

摘　　要：目的为治疗增生性疤痕引入595脉冲染料激光与CO_(2)点阵激光,探究联合疗法的优势以及相应护理要点。方法视研究时间内(2019年9月-2022年9月)确诊增生性疤痕并入院的患者为本次对象,其中68例达标被遴选。随机性分组时首先选定34例作为观察组(595脉冲染料激光与CO_(2)点阵激光联合疗法),另34例自然归入对照组(CO_(2)点阵激光单一疗法),两组接受统一标准的对症护理。分析疗效、疤痕症状、满意度等指标的组间差异。结果与对照组相应指标水平相比,观察组所统计的有效率(94.12%)、患者满意度(88.24%)均处于更高水平(P<0.05),而且在疼痛、瘙痒以及瘢痕治疗总评估方面所获取的评分均以较低水平呈现(P<0.05)。结论595脉冲染料激光与CO_(2)点阵激光联合疗法对增生性疤痕具有更佳疗效,有利于患者摆脱不适症状,早日康复,实为高效、可行的治疗方案。Objective To introduce 595 pulsed dye laser and CO_(2)dot matrix laser for the treatment of hypertrophic scars,and explore the advantages of combined therapy and corresponding nursing points.Methods The subjects of this study were patients with hypertrophic scars diagnosed and admitted during the study period(September 2019 to September 2022),of whom 68 were selected as eligible.During randomization,34 patients were selected as the observation group(595 pulsed dye laser combined with CO_(2)dot matrix laser therapy),and the other 34 patients were naturally assigned to the control group(CO_(2)dot matrix laser single therapy).The two groups received unified standard of symptomatic care.Analyze the differences between groups in efficacy,scar symptoms,satisfaction,and other indicators.Results Compared with the corresponding index levels in the control group,the statistical effective rate(94.12%)and patient satisfaction(88.24%)in the observation group were both at higher levels(P<0.05),and the scores obtained in the overall evaluation of pain,itching,and scar treatment were all at lower levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of 595 pulsed dye laser and CO_(2)dot matrix laser has a better therapeutic effect on hypertrophic scars,which is beneficial for patients to get rid of uncomfortable symptoms and recover early.It is an effective and feasible treatment scheme.
