摘　　要：游离真皮脂肪瓣是由去上皮的皮肤组织和相邻皮下脂肪组成的自体组织瓣。作为组织缺损或扩增的治疗选择,游离真皮脂肪瓣移植术后多外形美观度佳,患者满意度高。因其具有操作简便、无排异、成活率高、质地柔软逼真、供区隐蔽、来源丰富等优点,在颌面整形外科许多领域如眼部、鼻部、耳部、面颊部整形中得以推广应用。Free dermofat graft is an autogenous flflap composed of deepithelialized skin tissue and adjacent subcutaneous fat.It is a surgical option for tissue defect or augmentation with good cosmetic outcomes and high prevalence of patient’s satisfaction.Due to its advantages of simple operation,low rejection rate,high survival rate,soft and realistic texture,concealed donor area and abundant sources,it has been widely applied in many fields of maxillofacial plastic surgery,such as eye,nose,ear,facial plastic surgery.
